Current remaining work is tracked in Conductor and is intentionally split into auditable lanes:

• open external registry submissions and review threads
• already-implemented in-repo lanes remain documented for traceability, but are not active implementation gaps:
  • optional H3 array-module accelerator replay and CPU fallback
  • command-backed H4 multi-node replay and worker-command control surface
  • accelerator foundation/adapters/validation scaffolding
  • CPU cluster replay and shared cluster control surface
  • docs/examples/notebooks
  • strict CI/quality gates
