PDES and Distributed

The local software-only PDES and distributed evidence is complete for the current dependency-free slice.

Track 34 includes deterministic 4/8/16/32 LP benchmark-smoke samples and a Time Warp rollback spike. Track 35 includes local MPI/gRPC two-node contract proof helpers without claiming real transport runtime coverage.
