Docs cutover

The Astro site is the canonical public docs surface.

• Keep the archival Markdown docs only while they remain useful for regression comparison and source-history review.
• Keep the GitHub Pages deployment aligned with the Astro build output.
• Retire any alternate public docs surface only if one is reintroduced for a migration or rollback exercise.
