Public Calibrated Model Contracts

  • CON-PUBLIC-001 Public source admissibility: every runtime source used by the public model must be public or published. Gate: python scripts/check_public_only_boundary.py.
  • CON-PARAM-001 Parameter completeness: every coefficient, default, threshold, bound, distribution and scaling factor must resolve to a public parameter entry. Gate: python scripts/check_parameter_traceability.py.
  • CON-CAL-001 Public aggregate calibration: empirical calibration may only use public or published aggregate sources. Gate: python scripts/run_public_aggregate_calibration.py --check-only.
  • CON-UNC-001 Uncertainty completeness: headline results must include parameter and structural uncertainty metadata. Gate: models/tests/test_structural_ensemble.py.
  • CON-VOI-001 VOI completeness: VOI includes EVPI, EVPPI, EVSI, ENBS, decision-error probability and evidence ranking. Gate: models/tests/test_full_voi.py.
  • CON-VIS-001 Chart claim grammar: every public chart includes claim, calibration, uncertainty, source, interpretation, warning, download and table fallback metadata. Gate: models/tests/test_streamlit_cockpit_contracts.py.
  • CON-REL-001 Version consistency: VERSION, pyproject, app version, output manifests and model cards must agree. Gate: python scripts/check_version_consistency.py.
  • CON-SELF-001 No automatic self-learning release: evidence monitoring creates review candidates only. Gate: models/tests/test_public_evidence_monitor.py.
  • CON-DASH-001 Dash public surface: Dash imports, routes and required caveat text must be validated before Dash becomes primary. Gate: python -m pytest -q models/tests/test_dashboard_service.py models/tests/test_dash_app.py.
  • CON-PIXI-001 Pixi runtime: Hugging Face Space bundle runs through Prefix.dev Pixi. Gate: .github/workflows/huggingface-space.yml.
  • CON-PROF-001 Profiling path: simulation optimization work uses scripts/run_scalene_profile.py; pytest-goblin is not added unless a real package/source is verified.
