The experimental evaluator implements Hazen’s policy-relative expected-utility information density on a finite probability-mass support. It also evaluates a declared binary event under perfect revelation and a symmetric imperfect binary channel. Monetary buying-price information remains delegated to the governed expected-utility pricing family.
